We got incredible value for our money at this hidden gem. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the location was peaceful and quiet. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
The breakfast menu could be improved by offering better quality hams and cheeses that represent the local produce more accurately.

During my recent trip to Fasano, I had a brief stay at Masseria Don Sante. As a frequent traveler, I appreciated the convenience of this hotel being located only 55 km away from the nearest airport. This made it an ideal choice for a transit stay before continuing my journey.
Upon my arrival, I found that the hotel's restaurant was temporarily closed.

New rooms - quite quaint, Very clean, roomy and quiet
Staff spoke no English and direction to the location given was inaccurate. The breakfast was disorganised and find it difficult to speak to staff (language barrier) Give that alot of money has been spent on building nice new rooms - they should have got comfortable bed and furniture

Everything! It is an ideal base for exploring Puglia. The family owned agriturismo were first class in looking after their guests. The food, made by the owner and his mother, was magnificent. The antipasti was enormous.
Only one minor complaint (which should have asked them to sort) was the noise from the vent, which wakened us at night.

The rooms at Masseria Don Sante were super comfortable, with nice air conditioning and cozy bathrobes. I felt like I was in my own little oasis! I loved the private bathrooms with showers, they had complimentary toiletries and hair dryers, so no worries about packing those essentials. Each room had its own bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, making it super convenient for our group of friends. The rooms had really nice bathrooms with showers, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze. This air-conditioned room had a lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The air-conditioned room we stayed in had a flat-screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights with the gang. It was nice that our rooms were on the first floor, making it easy to come and go without a hassle. This air-conditioned room even had a comfy sofa, perfect for lounging and chatting with friends.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the flat-screen TV in the room. I prefer cozying up with a book instead.

We spent two days at Don Sante and absolutely loved it - really a relaxing and lovely experience. the staff could not have been more helpful every time we asked for something, the room and the grounds (especially the pool) were beautiful and we ate some of the best food we have tried in Italy (have been here 3 months) made with beautiful local produce. Incredibly good value, lovely place, lovely people. You can walk into town but really feel in the countrysude. FANTASTIC breakfast and good coffee too. Thanks a lot. Abbiamo passato due giorni bellisimi qui! Un bel posto - cibo buono, gente simpatica, piscina bella, stanza comoda e silencia!! Grazie mille. A la prossima!

we were extremely satisfied with the family run operation and especially the antipasto lunch we shared with them in the same dining room. It truly feels very relaxing to stay in a operating farm with good food and friendly staff and owners. Price -- Value of Maesseria was very good . I hightly recomend this unique stay in the country close to many interesting sights such as ostuni , alberobello and sassi de matera is a must for a visit to this part of italy... thank you again thomas and ilka wiedenmann costa rica

I chose Masseria Don Sante because it is close to Zoosafari, a place I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property's free Wi-Fi. The terrace, garden, and bar were also great features that I enjoyed during my stay.
The hams and cheeses at breakfast could be better, not representative of local produce. The Masseria felt a bit empty in the evening, and it would be nice to have someone available during the night for reassurance.
